10 Things You Can Do to Prepare for an Extreme Emergency
10 Things You Can Do to Prepare for an Extreme Emergency
Last week, I covered my six basics of mini prepper insurance:
- Some cash (not in the bank)
- Extra food and supplies
- Extra water
- Shelter
- Energy
- Self defense
If you have those 6 areas covered, you will be in pretty good shape.
Here are 10 things that you can also do right now to be prepared for any extreme emergencies that may develop in the next couple of years:
- Get out of debt
- Find new sources of income
- Reduce your expenses
- Learn to grow your own food
- Make sure you have a reliable water supply
- BUY LAND
- Get off the Grid
- Store non-perishable supplies
- Develop stronger relationships
- Get educated and stay flexible
Well, these are the basics. Spend a little more time on getting more education on being a mini prepper. There are a lot of good internet sites to help with each of these areas. Next week, I’ll give a little more thought on food, water, propane, and other stuff that you will need to start your prepper stash.
Meanwhile check out some of our properties that can be bought very inexpensively, especially those that are way off the grid.
