This is off grid property and is very remote. Please print off maps and study directions before heading out to find this property. It is very accessible but also very far off the main road. If your not used to this kind of travel it can be quite an experience. There are links to the county website and I use Google earth as well. No utilities in the area, Solar, wind, or generator for power and water is hauled and stored.

Nowhere else in the country can you drive 90 miles in any direction and hit a world class destination. Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Las Vegas, Lake Havasu.
Many lesser-known hidden gems like Lake Mohave or Mead, The Colorado river and Laughlin, or endless tours of old gold mines and alien sites. You can be in Flagstaff, Phoenix, California, or even Mexico.

One of many stops along route 66, and all the touristic type things that go with that following. There’s caves and miles of hiking and exploration trails. Camping and swimming at countless campgrounds and resorts.

Directions

From I-40 take the Ash Fork exit and take AA Ranch Road north over the railroad tracks. Stay on this winding road for aprx 14 miles. You will come to more railroad tracks. Cross these tracks and take first left onto N Stevens Ranch Rd. Follow this for about 5.3 miles and stay right at the “Y” then make quick left onto Cory Rd. In 1 mile turn right onto Edwards Ranch Rd. In .6 miles veer right staying on Edwards Ranch Rd. (staying left will put you on N Edwards Rd) After veering right follow this for 1 mile and turn left. You will be on an unmarked road. In .35 miles you will find the corner of the property (see maps)
