There are 2 ways to get this lot. If the weather has been nice, you can get there either way in a car. I would strongly recommend a vehicle with some clearance. There are some pretty deep ruts in the roads.

From Show Low head East on US 60 to the US 61 “Y”. Stay left onto US 61 and go approx. 1/4 mile to County Road (CR) 8235, Stanford Drive and turn left; (same road as the General Store). Stay on Stanford Drive for 7 miles and follow it to the left which becomes Simpson. Continue on this road, follow the same color dirt which becomes Vicar and curves right steep, then wind around for just over a mile until you get to Unit 9/10. You will be back on Stanford Drive. Now go just under a mile to CR 8300 and make a right. Go up the hill and take the first right onto CR 8303. Follow this road till it turns left and again to the end it will turn right. Go to the end the road turns left. The property is the 4th on the left. (Aprx. 3/4 mile.) The lot before this property has the lot line fenced on one side. (see maps and pics)
