This is off grid property. No utilities. Solar, wind, or generator for power and water is hauled and stored. There may be spots in areas that power is going by the lot lines, but these lots as of now do not.

Seligman is locatedin Yavapai County just 70 miles from Kingman. Not many places in the country where you can drive 2 hours in any direction and hit a world class destination. Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Las Vegas, Lake Havasu.
Many lesser-known hidden gems like Lake Mohave or Mead, The Colorado river and Laughlin, or endless tours of old gold mines and alien sites. Go east and you can be in Flagstaff for the snow bowl or other winter activities.

One of many stops along route 66, and all the touristic type things that go with that following. There’s caves and miles of hiking and exploration trails.

Directions

From I-40 take the Seligman exit #121 towards Seligman. After looping all the way around stay/turn right onto old Hwy Rt 66. Go about a mile to Old Fort Rock Road and turn left crossing the railroad tracks. Stay on this road for about 6 miles then turn left onto N Via De Oro Pkwy. Now follow Via De Oro for aprx 4.75 miles. After going through units 7 and 8 you will come to Unit 14. Turn right on N Potrero Pkwy. The property is on the right corner of Via and Potrero.(see maps)
