This is off grid property. No utilities. Solar, wind, or generator for power and water is hauled and stored. There may be spots in areas that power is going by the lot lines, but these lots as of now do not.

Nowhere else in the country can you drive 90 miles in any direction and hit a world class destination. Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Las Vegas, Lake Havasu.
Many lesser-known hidden gems like Lake Mohave or Mead, The Colorado river and Laughlin, or endless tours of old gold mines and alien sites. Drive a little farther you can be in Flagstaff, Phoenix, California, or even Mexico.

From I-40 Take the Alamo Rd exit and follow this road for 6.5 miles. Turn left onto Knox Rd. Go 3.5 miles and turn left onto Whispering Words Dr. Now go 3/4 of a mile and turn right on E Organ Pipe Dr. At 1/3 of a mile you will cross Cocopah Dr. then the property is the 3rd on the Right. Aprx 450 feet. (see maps)
