Many of our buyers, in their land search, find a property completely different from what they visualized.

Be open to looking at several different types of properties until you find the one that feels right. Your list may include property with electric nearby or water available from a well. Solar systems have come a long way and a may be a cheaper alternative to electric from an electric company. In many areas of Northern Arizona, it may be too expensive to drill a well for water. Many areas have local companies that will deliver water to your property. Living “off the grid” is often less expensive, easier and more fun!

Do you want a lot of trees or perhaps a flat piece of land? A slight slope to a property or fewer trees may be the property you are looking for and at a lesser price.

Is the property primarily for hunting? Then electricity, water, and grade of property may not be important to you.

Do you want to own a property that is very difficult to get to and no neighbors for a mile in all directions? We have those available too. and can be bought at a discount.

So, what is important to you? Prioritize your list! Most of all, find that property you want to buy that you and your family are excited about using!
