Q: Are the properties you sell staked, marked, or surveyed?

A: Most of the subdivisions that we sell in have at some point in time been surveyed, but that doesn’t necessarily mean any one particular lot has. So, unless the listing says otherwise, all of our properties, are identified with the legal description and plat maps, and we assume they are not staked out.

 

Q: Do you own the land you sell?

A: Yes. We own all of the property we sell.

 

Q: What other closing cost can I expect?

A: Besides the down payment, the only other expense is the county’s recording fee which is usually less than $20. Which is paid when you take your new property to the county recorder.

 

Q: Can I see a copy of the contract before I purchase?

A: Yes. You can see what our entire contract is made of less the specifics of any particular property. Also you can go to our purchase process window to view our sales agreement and details of purchase.
