Here’s how it works:
- Have your parcel number (A.P.N.#) of the property and the county it is located in.
- Give Mark a call @ 480-737-8988 or send me an email (Mark@BlueSkiesLand.com). If I don’t answer, please leave me a message and I will call you back quickly.
- I then have some basic follow-up questions and I will research your property.
- I will get back to you no later than a day or 2 with an answer. Either an offer or depending on circumstances some other information.
Now the process:
- If we agree on a price then I will send to you the deed and an affidavit of property value each that will require notarized signatures from the listed owners. (there will be instructions and post-it flags)
- After those documents are signed and returned to us in the provided envelope, we will immediately forward them to the county of location for the recorder and assessor to do what they do.
- When they are done, they will put their stamp of approval and send us back the finished paperwork.
- We then send you a check that day.

This whole process may sound like a lot, but the full procedure on average takes about two weeks. Occasionally, if the county is backed up, it may be three to four weeks. Everything is done right and there are no extra fees or weird taxes to pay. You get the full, agreed-on amount!
