The Tale of 2 Customers…
Customer 1 bought one of the properties that was deeply discounted in January 2017. It is a property that is very secluded. In fact, there had been no vehicle on the road past the property for 20 years. It is the seventh property from a good road. Mark and I had walked to it to get the pictures we posted on the web site. Our customer bought the property without seeing it except for the web site pictures. We discussed with him the difficulty of getting access to the lot.
He had planned on moving his RV to the site earlier this week, but alas, the road was too difficult to be able to get it to the property. He still wanted it because of the location and the privacy it afforded. So, I hooked him up with one of our customers in the area who will assist him in getting the road level enough to get his RV to the lot. In addition, is allowing him to stay on his property until he completes the work.
We also offered to trade into a different lot, but this one is just what he was looking for. With just a little bit of effort he’ll be living on it soon.
Customer 2 bought one of our properties in early March. After talking with them and discussing the type of property they wanted, we reviewed several properties on the web site and directions on getting to the property. One property really appealed to them and they immediately put the down payment on the property that day (Sunday). We let them know that we were on a mini trip and wouldn’t be able to get the contract to them until we got back to the office on Monday. We did email them the contract on Monday when we got back, much to their relief, as we had promised.
It wasn’t until this past weekend that they were able to go look at the property. As I had said in our discussion with them: “Easy to get to, good roads to the property, front corners well marked, private lot, lots of trees, and very quiet! ”
The next day they called still very excited, “It was perfect! Just the way you described it on the phone and the pictures.” Satisfied customer number 2!
Most of you will want to take the drive to see the property before you buy it and review the contract we send via email before you send the down payment. Or maybe, come by our office in Mesa, AZ to meet us and be assured that we are the real deal!
